Mary Thomas Scott regularly consults with clients in employee performance matters including human capital strategic planning, process and performance management, organizational structure and development, training and other human resources best practices. Ms. Scott is a co-founder of Professionals Educational Organization, a not-for-profit educational research organization. In the Fall of 2009, Ms. Scott served as a US Fulbright Scholar in the Russian Federation working with graduate and undergraduate business students on Cross-Cultural Leadership and International Business Transactions.
Ms. Scott earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business and also received a JD from SUNY at Buffalo and is licensed to practice in New York State. Ms. Scott also earned a Masters' Diploma in European Union Management and Employment Law from the University of Leicester (UK).
